How do I create an account?

  1. Click the "My Account" link at the top right side.
  2. Click "Register".


What if I forget my password?

  1. Click the "My Account link at the top right side.
  2. Under the login box you'll see a button that says "Forgot Password" in red. That link will send an email to you with your password.


What are my payment options?

  1. Net 30 days- Upon credit approval, terms are Net 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  2. Major Credit Cards and PayPal


Do I have to pay sales tax? 

         You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Missouri, unless you have a tax exempt certificate.


What should I do if items are missing from my order or I received the wrong item?

         If your order is short an item or missing an item, please contact us by phone or email.


How do I receive a quote for setup and delivery of furniture?

        Contact Wanda by phone or email for a quote.


How long do I have to return an item?

         If the item is broken or damaged, contact us with in 5 business days of receipt. For all other returns, contact us within 30 days of your purchase.  We will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and you receive full credit or an exchange (excludes all special order or custom order merchandise).


        Additional Information:


  • All shortages and/or wrong fills must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • All items for return must be in the original packaging and must be in resalable condition.
  • Please do not write on the box or package.
  • Return for full credit within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items returned after 30 days may incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.
  • Special/Custom order items cannot be returned for credit.
