Adams Carbonless Purchase Order Statement

Two-part carbonless forms keep records of an organization’s purchases and offers a space at top for company stamp. Each form includes a place for the sender’s information, shipping address and an itemized list for 12 items with price and unit information. Forms are consecutively numbered. Each set has a white original and a canary duplicate. Tapebound book is two-hole punched at the bottom and features a wraparound cover attached to back. Place the cover between sets to prevent write-through.
