3190 Tape Measure Tethering Kit allows you to tether a standard tape measure with a maximum capacity of 2 lb., preventing dropped objects when working at heights. Kit includes a Squids 3130S Coil Lanyard and 3770 Tape Measure Trap. Holder is made with rugged, 1200D and 600D polyester material to ensure a long life in the toughest conditions. Hook-and-loop, adjustable straps accommodate a variety of tape measure sizes without limiting usability. Zinc-plated, cast alloy D-ring forms a connection point to securely attach to the coiled lanyard. Large size fits tape measures that extend from 16′ to 35′ long. Lanyard is constructed with polyurethane-covered, aircraft cable and stainless steel carabiners. Coiled design reduces snag hazards. Kit meets the ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 standard for dropped object prevention.
