Ergodyne 8256Z Treated Polyester Hi-Vis Class 2 Vest

Made of durable, treated polyester mesh, this Type R, Class 2 8256Z Self-Extinguishing Hi-Vis Safety Vest prevents after-flame and provides maximum visibility in poor light conditions. Its 2″ wide reflective tape adds another level of visibility and protection. Designed with a treated, 100 percent polyester material to meet ANSI/ISEA standards and self-extinguish (defined by ASTM D6413) in less than 2 seconds and have less than 6″ (15 cm) of char length. Do not wear this vest for fire-resistance or to avoid arc flash hazards as it does not meet the ANSI/ISEA 107 standard. Zipper closure provides quick, on/off movements. Two open-top pockets (one inside, one outside) hold work items. Wear this vest for jobsites requiring high-visibility safety apparel with minimal flame-retardant qualities such as welding. Machine-wash vest up to 25 times without deteriorating the self-extinguishing feature.
