Pawz the Calming Pup is a beloved, calming companion that guides children through deep breathing with an auto-adjusting light. Children follow the lighted prompts by inhaling when the light gets brighter and exhaling when the light fades. Engaging activity encourages children to be fully aware of their thoughts and feelings.
