It allows the cushioned, upholstered seat to travel forward, back and lock into your preferred position. Arms with polyurethane padding adjust in height and width. Other functions include pneumatic seat-height adjustment from 18″ to 21-1/2″ , 360-degree swivel and tilt tension.
