P&G Clean Quick Quaternary Sanitizer

Clean Quick’s Broad Range Quaternary Sanitizer is formulated for third-sink sanitizing of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils without leaving chlorine bleach odors. It’s also great as a surface sanitizer for hard (nonporous) surfaces such as chopping blocks, countertops and food-processing equipment. Other task areas for this restaurant sanitizer include glassware, silverware, food-preparation surfaces, food-storage racks, equipment and equipment parts. It is EPA-approved for food-contact sanitizing from 150 to 400ppm. Sanitizer delivers 200 ppm active quaternary when diluted at 1 fl. oz. per 5.5 gallons of water. It is EPA registered as being effective against Avian Influenza A when used as a disinfectant.
