Rediform 2-part Carbonless Purchase Order Book

Carbonless, purchase order forms come in a convenient-size manifold book with a flexible cover. Two-part forms are used for short orders of up to 12 line items. Paper sequence is the original in white and the duplicate in canary. Purchase order forms are consecutively numbered. Detached form measures 5-1/2″ x 7-7/8″.
