Preprinted prompts offer reminders to get all the details on your receipt including date, dollar amount, recipient, account information and payment methods. Each 11″ x 8″ page of the book contains four forms per page. Each form measures 2-3/4″ x 6-7/8″. Paper sequence is originals in safety litho white, duplicates in canary with black ink and triplicates in pink. Each form is consecutively numbered in red.
