Rediform Memo Style Phone Message Book

Memo-style Phone Message Book features a basic format with blue printing, carbonless duplicates and four messages per page. Preprinted prompts include message recipient, date, time, caller, caller’s information (company, phone, cell, fax and email), and message-taker’s signature. Other prompts at the bottom let you indicate what kind of message (Phoned, Call Back, Returned Call, Wants to See You, Will Call Again, Was In and Urgent) by checking a box next to the prompt. Message book is spiral-bound.
