TOPS Carbonless Standard W-2 Tax Forms

Carbonless, continuous W-2 tax forms are used to report wages and deductions to the Social Security Administration. Four-part forms meet IRS specifications. Each set of forms includes a W-3 Transmittal of Income Wage and Tax Statement Form. Each sheet includes two forms. Detached size is 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Forms are designed for use in dot matrix printers.
