UPS Access Point® Service Guidelines

We are a UPS Access Point®, we provide convenient drop-off and pickup services for many everyday UPS shipments. We operate differently than full-service UPS Stores, some specialized shipping services may require visiting a Franchised UPS Store location.

Examples of service available ONLY at a full service Franchised UPS STORE include:

• Scanning QR-codes
• Professional packing services
• Very large, heavy or freight shipments
• Declared values above $2,000
• International shipments
• Shipments to P.O. Boxes
• Third-party billing accounts
• Internet and Mobile equipment returns without a shipping label
